Annie Amoon Richard is a professional organizer, speaker, teacher and
owner of Amoon’s Custom Organizing based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. |

ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Annie is a graduate of Nyack High School
in the Hudson Valley region of New York. She attended college
in New Paltz, New York and also in Long Beach, California. Her
educational background is in Early Childhood and Elementary
Education as well as Interior Design. Annie moved to Pennsylvania in
the fall of 1997 and calls the Chester county area home.
Annie's work experience in various
fields allows her to bring a wealth of knowledge to any organizing
project. She travels to other areas of Pennsylvania, New
York, New Jersey, Delaware and northern parts of Maryland for her
organizing work. No job is too small or beyond hope.
Annie has been organized since birth. Organizing just
comes naturally to her. Her mother even says that she sorted her toys in
the playpen.
The business philosophy of Amoon’s Custom Organizing
is that there is no “one size fits all” type of organizing system. Each
client has a unique personality, work style and list of needs and
challenges. Annie works with her clients to create strategies and
systems for organization that take these unique qualities into account.
Annie approaches each project with a devotion to creating the best
possible solutions for the client. Annie does this with a compassionate,
friendly and positive spirit of working together with the client to meet
their specific requirements. |

Amoon’s Custom Organizing was started as a
business in January of 2003. Annie has over 30
years of experience organizing various types of
offices and individual residential environments.
Her first paid organizing job was in 5th
grade helping her teacher after school to be
organized in his process for grading papers. She
has managed retail paint and wallpaper stores
and has a background in interior design.

administrative offices for businesses, including those for:
- Real estate broker
- Mortgage broker
- Heavy construction project
- Los Angeles County Supervisor political campaign
- Out patient mental health facility with multiple locations
- Preschool & child care
- Promotional products company
- Church ministries
- Residential work experience includes:
- Helping many people pack & unpack during relocations
- Organizing or re-organizing home offices
- Basement, attic and garage cleanouts
- Personal consultations for closets or other smaller projects
Annie’s professional experience also includes public speaking
and teaching. |
